Online Sample Testing – real-time checks for weight, length, and visual defects during production.
EN71-12 Tests for Nitrosamines and Nitrosatable Substances – ensuring safety standards, especially for latex-based products.
Visual Inspections & Precise Measurements – to catch surface defects and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Pre-shipment Checks Against Orders – verifying counts and specifications before delivery to avoid fulfilment issues.
Moisture & Humidity Control – maintaining product quality throughout storage and packing.
