Company History

A century of balloons. built on craft, grown through trust.

Everts began in 1924 with a simple craft — printing balloons by hand in a small German workshop. What started as a family business grew steadily, fuelled by a commitment to quality and an eye for detail. By the 1960s, we weren’t just printing balloons — we were making them, shaping every part of the process ourselves.
As demand grew across Europe and Asia, we expanded our manufacturing footprint and, in 1987, opened our dedicated factory in Melaka, Malaysia. That facility which is purpose-built for balloon production remains the heart of our operations today.
In 2011, we joined Amscan Inc., a global party goods group with reach into major retail networks. But our next chapter brought us back to our roots.
Today, Everts is independently owned — focused purely on B2B manufacturing, built around long-term partnerships, and proudly dedicated to doing one thing exceptionally well: balloons.
